The Prelude

This picture shows how big I was a few days before Halle was born. Whenever I would walk into a building people would inevitably comment on how big I was. However, I didn't mind-I was pregnant and huge! I feel grateful for how well my pregnancy went. I often forgot that I was pregnant until I would accidentally hit my belly on different things or try to find a comfortable sleeping position.

This is a card that I made for Jason the night before we went into the hospital. We were both so worried that we wouldn't sleep that night, but both of us slept so well that we ended up sleeping in until about 6:30 and the induction was scheduled for 7:30. Luckily my husband was so great as to have packed our bags the week before. (Sorry, about the picture-I couldn't figure out how to rotate it on blogger.)
