Seattle For the First Time

A few years ago Jason and I took our first trip to Seattle to visit Jason's parents. We got there on a beautiful sunny day-which happened to be our only sunny day, and went to the state fair. It was a blast! They had everything there, but we just went for the Hydroplane Boats and the Blue Angels.

I thought that this was a cute picture of Zach with my hat on:)
One of the most exciting things that we did while we were there was that Jason's amazing parents took us all to see a Mariner's baseball game. We had such a fun time hanging out as a family and watching the game. We had a great time.
This is a picture of the famous Pike's market. It was fun to walk through all of the shops and see the different stores that brought things from all over the world. It reminds me a lot of the 'Old Market' in Omaha that I've always loved to go to and spend hours looking around.
It was funny to see the random pigs that they have all around Seattle. It reminded me a lot of Tulsa, Oklahoma and how they have Penguins in random public places. I actually really like it; I think that it adds a bit of character to the city.
All-in-all it was one of the most amazing trips of all time. Thanks Michael and Maryanne for all you did for us-we will always remember it.
